Yogalicious FAQs
What do I need to bring to class?
Just bring some water and a towel. Mats are provided but you're welcome to bring your own yoga mat. Classes are in bare feet (and socks for relaxation parts).
Do I need to be experienced? Yogalicious aims to make yoga accessible and enticing for everyone but different classes are suitable for different fitness levels/goals. That said ideally students have some yoga experience and enough to get up/down to the floor with ease.
Just email yogaliciousme@gmail.com to reserve your spot - or send a DM via our Facebook or Instagram pages. Places are strictly limited and reserved on a first-come first-served basis.
How do I pay?
Currently it's only possible to pay in cash in class - but we're working on setting up an online payment system.
What's different about Yogalicious?
Everything. This class aims to tick all the boxes - it's yoga and more. And music is a key component.

- YogaliciousBODY is our most exertive so not suitable for those with a poor level of fitness. If you already work out but curious about yoga this is perfect for you!
- YogaliciousSCULPT is a shorter version of BODY with a little less exertion. Some fitness required and some yoga experience preferred but not essential.
- YogaliciousZEN is for everyone - but especially beneficial for those who play sports or work out but neglect to stretch! It's also ideal for anyone feeling overwhelmed or stressed. Wear warm layers and don't forget socks ;-)
