Being Yogalicious!
Many people, women in particular suffer from poor self-body image, weight, and/or stress and anxiety. And indeed often these issues are all interconnected. It is for this reason that I founded YogalicousME. Not a new type of exercise class...but rather a movement to help women (and men) cherish themselves, mind, body and soul!
Yoga has been around for over 5000 years, and its benefits are now acknowledged by both experts and the public alike. In its most literal translation it is in fact about about exercise but rather finding stillness and quietening the mind. And so how then can it help you to achieve your health/fitness goals? Because any change you wish to make in your body and indeed your life - starts with your thoughts! Change your mindset, your perspective...and everything else will follow. So YogaliciousME Courses are designed to challenge those perceptions you have about yourself, your body and your life, and in so doing - have a positive and long-lasting impact.
Yogalicious is not a new form of yoga. However, it does seek to make yoga more acessible to everyone and anyone. It's not about a new type of exercise. It's not about dieting. And it certainly is not about weight! In fact, one of the key tenets of the Yogalicious' philosophy is that we should step away from the weighing scales, completely! Anything we do to our bodies that we know is not good for them - is not the problem; it is just a symptom of other underlying issues. Being fit, healthy and happy is not a 'goal' and cannot be measured in lbs/ounces or inches. It's not a short-term fad and it is not a one-off box that can be ticked. It's a lifestyle! It is the culmination of every tiny decision you make throughout your day, every day, throughout your life. And this programme will encourage you to make better decisions - without even realising it - addressing those issues from both the outside in and the inside out. That is being yogalicious!

- YogaliciciousRESET: This is a GAMECHANGER. Work out live with Jacqui every single morning for 21 days WITHOUT EVEN GETTING OUT OF BED! Learn Jacqui's exact morning workout routine she does almost every day to stay fit, toned, supple and zen - no matter how busy. NO. MORE. EXCUSES. STARTING MAY 6TH 2024 - Limited places. - YogaliciousBODY: a 1.15 hour masterclass in yoga and body conditioning, (new yogis welcome but this is an intense workout so some level of fitness is required);
- YogaliciousSCULPT: a shorter less sweaty version of BODY it's 20:20:20 yoga, toning, stretch.
- YogaliciousZEN: as the name suggests this class will leave you floating on cloud nine. Suitable for absolute beginners and everyone who needs to de-stress - this class is particularly great for those of you who NEED to stretch but don't - or new to yoga. Not looking at you athletes, rugby, GAA, gym bunnies ;-)
